Friendly staff and great breakfast, but the wifi connection was frustrating.

Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff remained friendly and helpful. The large bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and hot water was plentiful, which is often a concern for me.

The parking situation is inconvenient and even feels unsafe!!! It’s frustrating when broken amenities aren’t addressed promptly!!! Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with dirty bathrooms being a chronic issue!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! With 5 teenagers and 2 children, we loved having easy access to Cedar Point, making our trip super fun. The hotel room was spacious and comfy, perfect for our large family. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast options too.

My kids wished the indoor pool was warmer for swimming. It would be great if they offered a heated pool, especially considering our family size.

I had a wonderful stay here, just a short walk from Danny Boy's Italian Eatery for amazing meals and a quick drive to Kalahari Waterparks for some family fun, making it easy to enjoy my weekend of urban exploration and park views.

Conveniently located, just three minutes from a major convention center, and much cleaner than nearby options. The spacious king suite was comfortable and had all necessary amenities, making the stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. However, the elevator cleanliness and lack of AC in common areas were disappointing, affecting the overall experience.
